KONARK HDPE PIPES & FITTINGS
HDPE PIPE known for its flexibility, high level of impermeability, and low weight, KONARK HDPE pipes, which are made up of thermoplastic High-Density Poly-Ethylene pipes and as per IS 4984, are the answer to many piping problems faced in households, industries, and agriculture. The pipes are recommended for a maximum water temperature of +45 degrees C.
They may also be used up to the ambient temperature of -45 degree C as long as the temperature of the water inside the pipe does not exceed the operating temperature of 27 degrees. HDPE pipes have been tested as well as proven effective for underground, aboveground, on the surface, underwater, and floating pipe applications, especially when it comes to fluid and gas transfer, replacing aging concrete and steel pipelines. With an average lifespan of more than 50 years, their strong molecular bonds make them suitable and a good fit for high-pressure pipelines.
The primary reason behind the popularity of KONARK HDPE Piping systems is the fact that they are the perfect confluence of toughness, resistance to corrosion, and cost-effectiveness. Since they are non-hazardous, they are a preferred mode of transfer when it comes to potable water.
KONARK HDPE pipes are joined by welding and hence completely homogeneous with no need to use rubber seals or jointing chemicals, unlike PVC pipes. Due to their fusion-welded system, they do not require anchors allowing for safer excavation near the pipeline, a feature particularly important for high-pressure gas pipelines. What’s more, the coils of HDPE pipes make trenchless installation more environment-friendly and less intrusive. Their smooth internal and external surface allows little to no friction to fluid flow and even solid particles can flow without much obstruction.
Benefits of KONARK HDPE Pipes & Fittings
HDPE Piping systems are used all over the world for a wide variety of applications, due to their sheer versatility and high flexibility. From transfer of water, gas, sewage, slurry, in rural irrigation systems to fire system supply lines, electrical and communication conduits, the applications and uses of HDPE pipes are very diverse. There are lots of technical and economic benefits of using KONARK HDPE pipes in comparison to commonly used conventional pipes. Not only can they easily be dismantled from a particular location but can be reused at diverse locations easily. If used at normal working pressure and temperature, HDPE Pipes last longer than 50 years as opposed to PVC, GI, steel, cement and other pipes
In PE - 63, HDPE pipes are available from 20 mm to 110 mm
